The Ministry of Tourism in collaboration with the Port of Spain City Corporation will be unveiling new signage for the Anthony Williams Park. The ceremony will take place on Monday 25th June 2012 at 10:30 am at the site, Panka Street, St. James. The signage is intended to benefit both local and foreign visitors, and provides the history of the Anthony Williams Park. The unveiling of the sign is the latest by the Ministry of Tourism’s projects to install historic signage at key places of interest in Port of Spain as well as making the City a more visitor friendly site. “The Ministry has worked closely with renowned historian, Michael Anthony and Pan Trinbago towards the development of the content for the sign”.
