About the Competition .. Pan In The 21st Century PAN IN THE 21ST CENTURY - Here conventional bands play tunes selected from the 21st Century world beat repertoire from the year 2000 and onwards. Arrangements should be innovative, creative and in a different manner than is normally done in the typical Panorama music format. Pan Down Memory Lane PAN DOWN MEMORY LANE - For this competition, Single Pan steelbands play non-Calypso tunes in Calypso tempo. Musical Selections must not be from the 21st Century. Selections may come from the wide range of musical available from the Reggae, Rock, Pop, Classical and other genres. More on what the bands are playing ...
