Historic Announcement at the Pan and Powder Parade 2024
The Pan and Powder Parade 2024, a celebration of vibrancy and unity, culminated in a momentous occasion that marked a significant milestone for Trinidad and Tobago’s Steelpan movement. During the formal opening of the parade, His Worship Alderman Chinua Alleyne, Mayor of the City of Port of Spain, made a landmark announcement: the Steelpan will now be featured on the city’s emblem.
