Media Accreditation - AUGUST FEST 2026
Pan Trinbago Inc. T.C. welcomes members of the media, photographers, videographers, broadcasters, content creators, influencers, and digital publishers to apply for official accreditation to cover our events.
Applications must be submitted by Monday, 27 July 2026, at 4:00 p.m. to media@pantrinbago.co.tt. Official media badges will be issued to successful applicants. Media surveys and applicable rates will be provided upon request.
Who Should Apply
Media accreditation is required for:
Journalists and news media
Photographers
Videographers and filmmakers
Television and radio broadcasters
Content creators, influencers, vloggers, bloggers, and social media personalities
Livestream operators
Documentary producers
Digital publishers and online media platforms
Production companies
Any individual or organization intending to record, livestream, photograph, film, broadcast, or publish event content on social media, YouTube, websites, streaming platforms, television, radio, or any other public or commercial medium.
Steelbands are also required to submit the names of their designated media personnel for accreditation.
Recordings & Intellectual Property
Pan Trinbago reserves the exclusive right, either directly or through its authorized agents or consignees, to produce audio, video, photographic, and other media recordings of any performer or Steelband at any stage of its competitions and events, and to use such recordings for purposes it deems appropriate. Participation constitutes consent to such recordings and their use by Pan Trinbago.
All competitions and events form part of Pan Trinbago's intellectual property. Accordingly, all rights relating to audio, visual, and audio-visual content, including live streaming, media coverage, interviews, photography, recordings, and other content capture, are managed and controlled by Pan Trinbago.
Patrons are welcome to capture limited content strictly for personal use. However, such recordings must not be published, shared, livestreamed, or distributed on social media, YouTube, websites, or any public or commercial platform without prior written approval and official media accreditation from Pan Trinbago.
These measures protect the integrity, performers, and value of the Steelpan art form while ensuring that the music of our Steelbands is presented professionally and reaches audiences around the world through authorized channels.
