HOW TO APPLY

APPLICATION PROCESS

PAN TRINBAGO INVESTMENT CORPORATION

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Submit a written proposal on your band letterhead to evidence of the following:
    • The requested amount
    • The purpose of the loan
    • Repayment method (must be realistic and verifiable)
    • Proposed distribution
  2. Complete the application form and resolution letter with three (3) signatories of your band’s Executive i.e. Manager, Captain, Treasurer, Secretary, one Trustee.
  3. Obtain Pan Trinbago Inc. covering letter or Guarantee (where necessary).

THE APPLICATION PROCESS:

  1. Deliver all the above documents (proposal letter, Application Form, Resolution Letter, quotation/invoices) to Pan Trinbago Inc.
  2. Documents will be reviewed, and a covering letter will be attached by the Secretary of Pan Trinbago Inc.
  3. Documents are then sent to Panvesco to be reviewed by the Credit Committee.
  4. Once approved, an agreement is drawn up where three (3) signatories of the steelband are required to sign. Copies of Identification are also submitted for Panvesco’s records. Approved loan proceeds will be disbursed by cheque payable to the SteelBand.
